How long will I be in therapy?

Therapy is an individual process. In the initial session the client’s challenges and goals are identified and a therapeutic plan is formed and agreed upon. The ultimate goal is for a client to come into a therapeutic awareness and dialogue with themselves so that once formal therapy has ended they can continue to make healthy life choices. Some issues may take longer than others to resolve and some people may require intermittent ongoing support as needed.
